Breana: My pick this week is All Hang The Lights On Christmas by Nick Phoenix. I wasn't expecting this song to come up on Two Steps From Hell's channel, but I love how festive it is.
Adri: Last week, I wrote about how I can only dream about Holiday/Christmas House music. Yes, that pick was house, but I wanted more. I had certain sounds in mind. Well, though I was trying to find artist that aren't on my typical holiday playlists, that search took me back to Mariah Carey. So my pick this week is Joy to the World - Flava Mix.

Breana: My pick today is Lush Life by Samara Joy. I love her style, and I love that it's jazz.
Adri: My pick today: Still Still Still by Kaskade. I came across it while attempting to search for Holiday/Christmas House music...(I can only dream).
Andrea: Hi all! I'm still excited for the holiday season. This week I'm listening to Kiss Me It's Christmas by Leona Lewis and When Christmas Comes by Mariah Carey and John Legend. Have an amazing week!

Breana: Lately, I've been listening to Tinashe's holiday album called Comfort & Joy. My pick for today is her cover of Last Christmas. The original is a classic, but I like this version too.
Adri: I found some older songs that I like. Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow! by Frank Sinatra and I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm by Billie Holiday.
Andrea: So the Christmas Season is upon us, which means it's time for Christmas music. With that said, I'm starting the season listening to Soul Holidays by Sounds of Blacknes and Fall In Love At Christmas by Mariah Carey, Khalid, and Kirk Franklin. I didn't think that I would share a Mariah Carey song this year, but then...she released new Christmas music, and I love it!
Have an amazing week, and stay safe this holiday season!

Breana: One afternoon, I was surfing through my spotify recommendations, and I eventually landed on a page of new releases from artists I already follow. One of the songs I listened to and instantly added to my playlist was GLAM! by Allie X. I adore this song for its punchy, retro-pop brightness, and I wanted to mention it on the blog.
Adri: Hello, this week I'm listening to two vastly different artist I love. The first is Flowers by Kelly Rowland from her new EP, K. And the second, more on the metal side, is Pisces (Live Sesson) by Jinjer
Andrea: This week, I'm spotlighting music, performed, written, and/or produced by the late Prince Markie Dee (Mark Morales). Prince Markie Dee was a member of the Fat Boys and later released music with his band, Prince Markie Dee and The Soul Convention.
Can You Feel It by Fat Boys
Mark Morales, Darren Robinson & Damon Wimbley
Typical Reasons (Swing My Way) by Prince Markie Dee and The Soul Convention
Songwriters: Mark Morales, Mark Rooney, Raymond James Calhoun & Damon Johnson

Breana: Recently, I returned to one of my all-time favorite albums: Saturn by Nao. I've mentioned this one before, but I was listening to it again and marveling at how fantastic it is. Saturn is such an excellent album, and it's some of the best music Nao has released so far. It's hard to narrow it down to one song, so for my picks this week I'm going to choose two. The first one is Orbit. I can't describe how much I enjoy listening to this song.
My second pick is Drive and Disconnect. It's another one of my top-favorite songs from Saturn.
Adri: Rock incoming! My first pick is a little darker, it's A Return to the Earth Below by a band I stumbled onto called Oceans of Slumber.
My second pick is Spiritual Machines' newer song Flood it All. I've had both on repeat these past few weeks.
Andrea: This week, I'm sharing new music by Mariah Carey. She released a single called Save The Day, and her new album, The Rarities, will be released soon.

Breana: My pick this week is Adrenaline by Rachel Chinouriri. I love this song, and I need to listen to more music by this artist.
Andrea: Since I have to spend more time at home, I have made a greater effort to have a regular exercise routine. As such, I have been listening to music from my workout playlist. Two of the songs from yesterday's workout are Whitney Houston's I have Nothing and Mariah Carey's Fantasy. I've also been listening to songs that remind us to wash our hands. I won't post video's of those songs, but you can click on the links if you haven't heard Neil Diamond's “Hands.. washing hands” and Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive.

Christmas is right around the corner, so it's finally time for our Christmas edition of Music Monday.
Breana: This year I tried to listen to some different Christmas music besides my usual favorites. So my pick this week is Thank God It's Christmas by Queen. I really like this one. Plus you can never go wrong with music by Queen.
Adri: First of all, I know we've already done All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey, but she released a new music video for it. So...
My second pick is Sleigh Ride by Ella Fitzgerald. I can't get enough of this song!

Breana: Christmas is tomorrow. The year is almost over. And with this last Music Monday, I'm done with weekly memes until 2019. So, my first pick is Pentatonix’s cover of Sweater Weather. I still like the original version of the song by The Neighborhood, but I have to admit Pentatonix's cover of it is very catchy and I like what they did to adjust it their style...
And because today is Christmas Eve, my second pick is Joy to the World by Mariah Carey. Even though Carey has a second holiday music album, the first one, Merry Christmas, will always be my favorite. And this version of Joy to the World is awesome….
Adri: My pick for this Music Monday is Dream a Dream by Charlotte Church featuring Billy Gilman. I first enjoyed this song from the iTunes Holiday Sampler. Eventually, I forgot about it, only finding it again after looking through my music library.
Andrea:I've been so busy lately, but I've still made time to listen to great Christmas music. One of the songs on my current playlist is One Wish (For Christmas) by Whitney Houston....
